Payment & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping, provided the customer provides a complete and accurate delivery address. However, shipping to certain regions and countries is restricted.

We do not ship to:
– Russia
– Belarus
– War zones (e.g., Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen)
– North Korea
– Iran
– Crimea region of Ukraine
– Other regions or countries subject to international sanctions

Delivery is made on a “curbside delivery” basis, meaning the goods will be delivered to the nearest public curbside at the delivery location unless otherwise agreed.

Risk of Loss

For business customers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier. For private customers, the risk transfer occurs upon receipt of the goods unless the customer has chosen the shipping carrier independently without our recommendation.

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues), we reserve the right to cancel the contract. In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund.

International Shipping & Import Duties

Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees for international orders are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be borne by the buyer. Before purchasing, please check with your local customs office for applicable charges.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or the customer’s absence, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred. Please be aware that if an order is canceled after the shipment has been dispatched, a return shipping fee will be charged.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are not displayed at checkout. Standard delivery times may vary by region:
– Domestic deliveries within Germany: Please allow one to three business days.
– International deliveries: Typically take between three to seven business days.

Please note that delivery times may extend by up to 14 business days due to customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Handling Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping provider to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Inspection and Reporting of Transport Damage

Please inspect your package carefully before accepting it. The delivery personnel must document any visible damage. If damage is not recorded at the time of delivery, we cannot accept liability for later damage claims. Please notify us within 24 hours and send us photos of the damage.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in EU member states have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason. To exercise this right, customers must inform us in writing (e.g., via email or letter). The withdrawal period begins the day after receipt of the goods. In case of withdrawal, the customer is required to return the goods. A full refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping costs.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. For returns due to damage or defects, the customer must contact us in advance, provide photo documentation, and wait for further instructions. For general returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we maintain the highest standards in handling personal data. Your information is used exclusively for shipping and order processing. Data is not shared with third parties except when necessary for logistics and delivery services. We are committed to reducing our ecological footprint. Whenever possible, we use recyclable and biodegradable materials for packaging. Our goal is to minimize waste and encourage responsible recycling of packaging materials by our customers. You may return packaging materials to us at any time.
